Batch of Self-Cleaning Filters Put into Operation at Customer Site

     Recently, a batch of custom-built self-cleaning filters from zerru Technology were officially put into production after intensive installation and commissioning. Designed for the customer's circulating water treatment system, these units are set to significantly enhance production line continuity and automation levels.

    The delivered self-cleaning filters feature high-precision wedge-wire screen elements and an efficient suction-type cleaning mechanism, enabling automatic removal of debris trapped on the screen surface without downtime or disassembly — achieving true online continuous filtration. The integrated intelligent control system monitors the differential pressure between inlet and outlet in real time and automatically activates the cleaning cycle based on preset parameters, substantially reducing the need for manual inspection and frequent replacement of filter elements.

    According to the customer's on-site supervisor, after commissioning, the system's differential pressure remains stable and the treated water is clear, fully meeting design specifications.
