Recently, 16 high-performance bag filters manufactured by Wuxi ZERRU Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "ZERRU Technology") have completed final inspection and packaging, and were officially loaded onto trucks for shipment to the customer's production base. This batch of equipment will be specifically applied to the precision filtration stage of copper sulfate solution, providing solid assurance for the customer's production line upgrade and product quality improvement with their exceptional corrosion resistance and reliability.

The bag filters in this shipment are tailored solutions designed by ZERRU Technology for the specific working conditions of the copper sulfate industry. As a common chemical product, copper sulfate solution imposes extremely stringent requirements on the corrosion resistance, sealing performance, and filtration accuracy of filtration equipment during its crystallization and purification processes. Leveraging profound material expertise and process experience, ZERRU Technology utilized 904L ultra-low carbon austenitic stainless steel as the main material for all equipment in this project.

The 904L material was chosen as the ideal solution for this application due to the following significant advantages:

This ensures that the final copper sulfate crystals produced are of higher purity and more stable quality, thereby helping the customer enhance product added value and core competitiveness in the market.
