Super Duplex ZQM-SQ Jet Mixer

During the transportation of fluids, the mixing ratio is often influenced by the uneven pressure of each fluid flow. To better assist users in utilizing static mixers, our company has recently developed the SQ type distributor, which possesses the performance characteristics of a Super Duplex ZQM-SQ jet mixer. Under the condition of ensuring the secondary flow rate, the outlet pressure of the material achieves the required pressure. The SQ type distributor, also known as a food hygiene grade jet mixer, consists of components such as a nozzle, a receiving chamber, a mixing chamber, and a diffusion chamber.

The main flow passes through the nozzle and generates a low pressure at the conical inlet due to its high speed, drawing the secondary flow into the receiving chamber and accelerating it. This design is similar to the principle of a welded jet mixer, ensuring a robust and efficient mixing process. The high vortex in the mixing chamber, fabricated from carbon stainless materials to ensure durability and corrosion resistance, sprays out at a specific speed from the diffusion chamber. This enables the fluid to be smoothly transported to the Static Mixer for mixing, achieving optimal performance.

Product Application

Suitable for feeding two or more streams of fluid. When the pressure between the main and secondary streams is unbalanced, a Venturi tube distributor is used. When the pressure between the main and secondary streams is balanced, a general distributor is used.
