A Static Mixer is an efficient mixing device without moving parts. In addition to being widely used in the petroleum refining and chemical industries, it is also widely used in sectors such as medicine, food, mining, plastic extrusion, and environmental protection. Compared with traditional mixing equipment such as mixers, colloid mills, homogenizers, and Venturi tubes, it has the advantages of simple process, compact structure, low energy consumption, low investment, high operational flexibility, no need for maintenance, and good mixing performance. Any process involving the mixing, emulsification, neutralization, absorption, extraction, reaction, and enhanced heat transfer of liquid liquid, liquid gas, liquid solid, and gas can replace traditional related equipment.

The mixing unit of the SD type static mixer is composed of vertically intersecting blades, and multiple units are connected to form D-shaped units, forming a staggered multi chamber state. It can be used to disperse droplets to 10um during the emulsification process, and is used for the non-uniformity coefficient of general mixing processes.
The product is suitable for mixing, reaction, absorption, injection molding, color matching, heat transfer and other processes in sectors such as chemical, petroleum, pharmaceutical, food, fine chemical, environmental protection, synthetic fibers, and metallurgy. It is particularly suitable for high viscosity media with small flow rates and impurities or viscosity ≤ 103 CP.
