SD Static Mixer

The mixing unit of the SD Static Mixer with PP (Plastic static mixer) is composed of vertically intersecting blades, designed to create a polished static mixer that ensures a low pressure drop mixer. These blades are arranged in a way that multiple units are connected to form D-shaped units, forming a staggered multi-chamber state that is particularly effective for emulsification processes. The SD type static mixer can be used for a variety of applications, including emulsification, where it can disperse droplets to as small as 10um, which is crucial for achieving a non-uniformity coefficient in general mixing processes.
