Stainless steel perforated wire is a versatile material utilized in various filtration applications due to its durability and corrosion resistance. It is especially valuable in creating Filter Bag baskets, which are critical components in bag filter systems. These baskets provide support to the filter bags, ensuring proper fluid flow and preventing the bags from collapsing under pressure. The Stainless steel filter bag basket, made from either Type 304 or Type 316 stainless steel, is designed to accommodate different sizes of filter bags, promoting lateral fluid dispersion and increasing the solids loading capacity of the filter bag. The high-capacity restrainer basket, often constructed with a heavy-duty perforated design, converts filter vessels into high-capacity liquid strainers, allowing for heavy dirt loading at high flow rates. These baskets are reusable and can be pressure-cleaned if necessary, making them an efficient and cost-effective solution for filtration systems.
