Operational Principle

The working principle of the Zerru mechanical cleaning filter is very simple: a Filter Screen (2) is installed in a cylindrical stainless steel shell (1). When the unfiltered liquid enters the shell through the inlet (3). Solid impurities are filtered out and deposited on the inner surface of the filter screen. Finally, the filtrate flows out from outlet (4). When the filter needs to be cleaned (depending on time, pressure difference, or manual selection), a spring tightened cleaning plate continuously scrapes the inner surface of the filter back and forth to remove solid impurities that have accumulated. But when the debris separates from the gaps in the filter screen, the cleaning plate sends the dirt into the bottom of the housing (6) and discharges the filter through the flow channel (7).
