The ZSG series internal scraper cleaning filter, which can also be referred to as an Internal scraper self-cleaning filter, is mainly suitable for fluids with high viscosity and heavy particles in the filter belt. This stainless steel scraper filter is designed to handle challenging filtration tasks in industries such as food, pharmaceutical, chemical, and more. The XF-S2 series self-cleaning filter, a type of Stainless steel self-cleaning filter, is specifically designed for the papermaking industry to solve the problems in coating and pulp filtration. It can remove paper breaks and streaks, effectively reduce the impact of emissions on the environment, and ensure working time and product quality to the greatest extent possible.
The ZSG series filter, available in both Stainless steel scraper filter and Carbon steel scraper filter variants, offers a fully automatic cleaning operation that can continuously separate impurities from water and other liquids. The self-cleaning process of the filter is initiated by a pressure differential switch or pressure sensor that constantly monitors the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the filter. Generally, the preset value of the pressure differential switch is 0.5 bar (7 psi).
The series self-cleaning filter is suitable for pipeline selection from DN25 to DN900 and offers the advantages of continuous fluid flow, easy maintenance, and reliable operation, making it widely used in all industries. The Carbon steel scraper filter is an economical choice for applications where corrosion resistance is not a primary concern, while the stainless steel variant is ideal for more corrosive environments.
This Brush Type Filter, which includes the ZSG series, has a strong magnetism capable of removing ferromagnetic substances from flowing, dry, well-flowing, powdery, small particles (particle diameter <6mm), and thin sheet materials. The filter's design ensures that it can handle high-viscosity fluids and heavy particles effectively, making it a versatile solution for a range of industrial applications.
The working principle is that the liquid flows in from the inlet of the filter, from top to bottom, and flows through the surface of the filter element to the outlet; When a certain amount of impurities are collected on the surface of the filter element, the scraper of the motor driven assembly corrector rotates tightly against the surface of the filter element to scrape off the impurities. The impurities accumulate in the collection chamber along with the downward liquid. When a certain amount of impurities accumulate, the automatic drain valve opens the collection chamber to discharge the liquid containing high concentration impurities. The residual liquid can be recovered or discharged. Note: Inner scraping type refers to the scraper being inside the filter element, while outer scraping type refers to the scraper being outside the filter element.
