Embedded grid provides unparalleled horizontal pollutant removal, removing submicron iron and quasi magnetism from the most demanding and challenging process environment. The ZMC-S Magnetic easy clean filter -Single is a highly efficient solution for this purpose. This unit contains a high-strength magnetic grille that is easy to clean, which is also known as the easy clean Grate Magnets. The grille is produced around a food grade seal by a three cone locking nut that ensures uniform pressure, a feature common in the Easy cleaning Rotary Magnets and automatic cleaning Rotary Magnets.
It is common to install many units throughout the entire processing facility to ensure that pollutants are removed at the source of generation. All dry powder and granular materials can be processed through this unit. Electrical safety interlocks can be installed on the grid to stop the process unexpectedly opened, which is a standard feature in the ZMC-S Magnetic easy clean filter -Single and other similar models like the Easy cleaning Rotary Magnets.

When the unit requires cleaning, simply remove the outer grid securing tri-cone locking nuts and remove the grid from the housing. Remove the central tri-cone locking nut and separate the grid assembly allowing all attracted contamination to simply fall away.
