The ZMC-D Magnetic easy clean filter - Triple, a Semi-automatic magnetic separator, incorporates an Easy clean grid magnetic separator that is part of the Magnetic drawer separators family. This high-intensity magnetic grid separator features a grille produced around a food-grade seal by a three-cone locking nut, ensuring uniform pressure and optimal filtration. The design allows for easy cleaning, reducing downtime and maintenance efforts, and is particularly effective at removing contaminants from dry powder and granular materials.

These separators are commonly installed throughout the entire processing facility to ensure pollutants are removed at the source of generation. The automatic cleaning Rotary Magnets feature electrical safety interlocks that can stop the process if the grid is unexpectedly opened, providing an additional layer of safety and control. Cleaning:

When the unit requires cleaning, simply remove the outer grid securing tri-cone locking nuts and remove the grid from the housing. Remove the central tri-cone locking nut and separate the grid assembly, allowing all attracted contamination to simply fall away.
