Super Duplex ZQM-SQ jet mixer with Superior Corrosion Resistance

During the transportation of fluids, the mixing ratio is often affected by the uneven pressure of each fluid flow. In order to better cooperate with users in using static mixers, our company has recently developed the SQ type distributor, which has the performance of a jet booster pump. Under the condition of ensuring secondary flow rate, the outlet pressure of the material reaches the required pressure. The SQ type distributor consists of a nozzle, a receiving chamber, a mixing chamber, a diffusion chamber, etc. The main flow passes through the nozzle and forms a low pressure at the conical inlet at its high speed, causing the secondary flow to be drawn into the receiving chamber and accelerated. The high vortex in the mixing chamber sprays out at a certain speed from the diffusion chamber, allowing the fluid to be smoothly transported to the Static Mixer for mixing and achieving the best performance.
Product application

Suitable for feeding two or more streams of fluid. When the pressure between the main and secondary streams is unbalanced, a Venturi tube distributor is used. When the pressure between the main and secondary streams is balanced, a general distributor is used.
