ZSJ-SS Stainless Steel Folding Filter Element
The Zhuo Nuo ZSJ-SS series folding filter element is made of stainless steel woven mesh or stainless steel fiber sintered felt welded, with extremely high porosity. Excellent mechanical performance, resistance to high and low temperatures, and chemical stability, suitable for pre filtration of high flow filtration, steam filtration, various high and low temperature gas liquids, and high-precision highly corrosive fluids. It can be repeatedly cleaned, backwashed, and blown back.

Note: The above table shows the flow rate of a single 10 inch folding filter element at a pressure difference of 1 psi (69 mbar), with the test fluid being water at ambient temperature.
It is acceptable to extrapolate to casings with multiple components and higher pressure drops, but as the flow rate increases, the pressure drop in the casing becomes more pronounced. For 10 microns and above, it is recommended to have a maximum flow rate of 7-8 gallons per minute (GPM) per 10 inches to achieve maximum lifespan.
