Leveraging Zerru Technology's deep expertise in filtration and separation, this cartridge is engineered with an optimized pleated structure that significantly increases filtration area. The result is high flow rates, low pressure drop, excellent dirt-holding capacity, and extended service life, making it suitable for a wide range of applications including water treatment, pharmaceuticals, food and beverage, and fine chemical industries.
High Precision & High Flow Rate – Available in filtration ratings from 0.1μm to 60μm to meet diverse requirements. The pleated design provides a filtration area of ≥0.5㎡ per 10-inch cartridge, ensuring low initial pressure drop, high throughput, and substantial dirt-holding capacity, which reduces energy consumption and extends replacement intervals.
100% Polypropylene Construction with Thermal Bonding – The membrane, support layers, housing, end caps, and center core are all made of high-purity polypropylene. End caps and connectors are joined using thermal spin-welding or heat fusion techniques—without any adhesives or binders—eliminating the risk of extractables, media migration, and fiber shedding, thus ensuring outstanding purity and safety.
Broad Chemical Compatibility & Temperature Resistance – The all-PP construction offers excellent chemical stability, with resistance to strong acids, strong bases, and a wide variety of organic solvents. It operates across a broad pH range (1–14) and sustains continuous operating temperatures up to 80°C–93°C, with steam sterilization capability at 121°C.
Absolute Filtration Efficiency & Regulatory Compliance – The cartridge delivers absolute filtration efficiency (>99%) and is manufactured from materials that comply with FDA CFR Title 21 and USP XXIII biological safety standards, making it safe for use in pharmaceutical, food, and beverage applications.
