ZSJ-SM Metal Powder Sintered Filter Element

The Zhuo Nuo ZSJ-SM metal powder sintered filter element is manufactured using 316 low-carbon stainless steel powder, which is sintered in an inert atmosphere through Zhuo Nuo's proprietary process. Prior to sintering, the metal powder undergoes extrusion without the use of adhesives or other substances. The innovative coating technology offers a larger flow rate compared to traditional Filter Cartridges, and due to the application of surface filtration, it effectively reduces the frequency of backblows and significantly extends the service life. The patented welding technology greatly enhances the strength of the filter element and minimizes the damage caused by the failure of a single filter element to the entire system.

Zhuo Nuo’s ZSJ-SM series includes sintered porous filter cartridges made from various materials:

  • Sintered Porous Filter Cartridge: Made from 316 low-carbon stainless steel for general use.
  • Titanium Alloy Sintered Porous Filter Cartridge: Designed for high-temperature and corrosion-resistant applications.

Characteristics of ZSJ-SM Metal Powder Sintered Filter Element Products

  1. Materials
    The metal powder sintered porous filter element uses various metals such as stainless steel, nickel alloy, titanium alloy, iron aluminum alloy, Ni-Cu alloy, Ni-Cr-Fe alloy, Hastelloy alloy, etc., as raw materials. The metal sintered filter element retains the corrosion resistance and high-temperature resistance characteristics of these metals themselves. Metal powder sintered filter elements can operate in high-temperature gas environments up to 1050°C, as well as in various acid, alkali, salt solutions, and reducing and oxidizing atmospheres. They can handle challenging gas and liquid materials under extremely wide chemical conditions. Unlike non-metallic sintered filter cartridges, when the filter cake on the surface of sintered metal powder filter cartridges reaches a certain thickness, due to its high-strength performance characteristics, the filter cartridge can be cleaned by backwashing or blowing back with a certain reverse pressure, enabling reuse.
  2. Filtering Accuracy
    Absolute accuracy: 1μm~20μm in liquid; 0.01μm~20μm in gas.
  3. Advantages
    No medium shedding or dirt unloading. Wide range of high and low temperature adaptability and chemical stability. Asymmetric structure, not easily blocked, easy to backwash. Excellent backwashing effect, easy regeneration of components, etc. The metal material is sintered as a whole, with high strength and resistance to oxidation and corrosion. High mechanical strength, stable shape, and high component strength. Impact resistant, high porosity under alternating loads, high filtration flux, breathability, and excellent separation effect. High differential pressure resistance, with an inside-outside pressure difference of up to 10KG.
  4. Usage Conditions
    Maximum pressure difference: 80°C 3.5kg/cm², 232°C 3.2kg/cm². Maximum back pressure difference: 80°C 3.5kg/cm², 232°C 2.3kg/cm². Choose appropriate materials. Using metal fusion sealing technology, the range of use can reach: 168°C~950°C.
  5. Porosity
    Up to 50% porosity, low pressure difference, high flow rate, strong pollution capacity.

Choose the appropriate material and use a fusion sealing process to achieve a temperature range of -168°C to 950°C.
