ZSJ-FE PTFE Folding Filter Element

The medium of the ZSJ-FE Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) plated cartridge Filter element is a PTFE membrane, which is renowned for its excellent performance and wide chemical applicability, biological safety, and unique hydrophobic and hydrophilic properties for endotoxin control. PTFE's hydrophobicity is particularly useful for gas filtration, ranging from large to sterile, with high flux, high temperature resistance, strong acid and alkali resistance, and broad chemical compatibility, making it suitable for fermentation tanks, carbon dioxide, nitrogen, and compressed air. When used for gas filtration, it can achieve 100% retention of various bacteriophages, bacteria, and particles above 0.02 μm.

On the other hand, the hydrophilic property of PTFE is utilized for liquid filtration to achieve sterility, with wide chemical compatibility, strong acid and alkali resistance, and high ozone resistance. The Polytetrafluoroethylene Plated Cartridge, with its hydrophobic PTFE microporous filter membrane as the filtering medium, exhibits strong hydrophobicity, high retention rate, and excellent chemical resistance.

In terms of performance and thermal stability, the pleated Filter Cartridges made from polyethersulfone membranes offer good strength and resistance to both forward and reverse pressure impacts. These cartridges are designed to maintain their integrity under varying conditions, ensuring consistent filtration performance.
