ZERRU Pipeline Strainers

General Description

• Strainer is designed, manufactured and inspected according to HG/T 21637-1991 and SHT3411-1999.
• The filter flange standard is based on HG/T20592-2009. Please indicate other flange standards: such as GB, ANSI, ASME, HGJ, DIN, JIS, etc.
• The connection forms of the filter include (loose sleeve) flange type, welding type, threaded type, quick-install type, etc.
• The Filter Element is generally made of stainless steel wire mesh. Users can also choose perforated mesh, wedge-shaped wire mesh or five-layer sintered mesh as the filter element.

Application

• Main materials applicable are: weakly corrosive materials in chemical and petrochemical production. Such as: water, ammonia, oil, hydrogen.
• Corrosive materials in chemical production: caustic soda, soda ash, concentrated and dilute sulfuric acid, nitric acid, fat, etc.
• Low-temperature materials in refrigeration and air separation production: beer, beverages, dairy products, syrup, medical supplies, etc. Generally, the filter material should be selected according to the corrosion of the medium to the material.
