ZSX-X01 suction type backwash filter
The filter provides a fully automatic, backwash cleaning operation and can continuously separate impurities from water and other liquids. The maintenance and operation of filters are very simple, and they can maintain good operating conditions even under harsh operating conditions.
Due to the effective backwash system, the filter element can be gradually blocked, and the frequency of replacing the filter element is higher than that of other cylindrical filters. This not only saves time but also reduces the consumption cost of parts.

operational principle
Filtering mode: The liquid to be filtered enters the bottom of the filter through the inlet flange 3, and about 50% of the liquid to be filtered enters the top of the filter through the middle riser 4, and then goes down through the filter element 5; Pass the bottom half of the liquid upwards through filter element 6. The liquid flows through the gap 7 of the filter element after filtration
The clearance of the filter can reach up to 25 microns.
