Support net basket
Durable electropolished 316L filter basket (included in the shell) is a filter bag and component that can withstand pressure differences up to 0.35MPa. It is available in various sizes and is suitable for all types of filter bags and filters. There are also special material mesh baskets such as Hastelloy or PTFE coating available for selection.

Magnetic rod assembly
During filtration, one or more magnetic rod support frames are placed inside the filter bag to effectively suck out particles mixed with iron, avoiding accumulation in the filter material, thus extending the service life of the filter bag and achieving the recycling of rare metals.

Filter bag support frame
For filtering safety design, a support frame should be used to prevent the upward and downward movement of the filter bag due to unstable pressure, and to ensure that the filter bag adheres to the net basket, avoiding the problem of filter material folding and fully utilizing its filtering area.

Hollow ball
When filtering, the hollow ball floats inside the filter bag, reducing the amount of liquid left in the bag or reducing product loss, making it easier to replace the filter bag and eliminating the need for expensive compressed air drainage systems. Made of 316L, with a maximum pressure difference of 16 bar, it is available in two sizes: # 01 and # 02.

Zhuo Nuo metal filters are equipped with O-ring seals as standard, and other materials such as EPDM fluororubber (FPM), FPM wrapped with PTFE or silicone rubber are available for selection. They have different chemical and heat resistance properties and are suitable for various applications.
