Product Features

1. High Precision & High Flow Rate – Available in filtration ratings from 0.5μm to 200μm to meet diverse requirements. The pleated design provides a substantially larger filtration area compared to conventional sintered metal cartridges, ensuring low initial pressure drop, high throughput, and extended replacement intervals.

2. All-Metal Construction with High-Strength Welding – The filtration medium, support layers, end caps, and core are all made of stainless steel (typically 304 or 316L). All components are joined using precision argon-arc welding or laser welding—without any adhesives, binders, or plastic materials—eliminating the risk of extractables, media migration, and fiber shedding, thus ensuring outstanding purity, safety, and durability.

3. Exceptional Temperature & Pressure Resistance – The all-metal construction offers excellent resistance to extreme temperatures and pressures. It operates continuously at temperatures up to 400°C–600°C (depending on grade) and withstands high differential pressures, making it ideal for high-temperature gas filtration, steam sterilization, and high-viscosity fluid applications.

4. Broad Chemical Compatibility & Corrosion Resistance – Stainless steel construction provides outstanding resistance to corrosion, oxidation, and a wide range of chemicals, including acids, alkalis, and organic solvents. The material complies with FDA and other international food-contact standards, ensuring safety in pharmaceutical and food applications.

5. Cleanable & Reusable – Unlike disposable polymer cartridges, the metal pleated filter element can be backwashed, ultrasonically cleaned, or chemically regenerated, significantly reducing operating costs and waste generation over its service life.
