The ZSX-X01 suction type backwash filter, also referred to as the Suction Type Self-Cleaning Filter, offers a fully automatic backwash cleaning operation, enabling continuous separation of impurities from water and other liquids. This Automatic Backwash Filter is highly efficient in maintaining low pressure differences, ensuring ease of operation and reliability. Operational Principle

Filtering Mode: The liquid to be filtered enters the bottom of the filter through the inlet flange 3, and approximately 50% of the liquid to be filtered enters the top of the filter via the middle riser 4 before descending through the filter element 5. The remaining liquid flows upward through filter element 6. The filtered liquid passes through the gap 7 of the filter element. The filter clearance can reach up to 25 microns.

Backwashing Mode: During backwashing, the Filter Cartridges are cleaned sequentially without interrupting the filtration process. The drive motor rotates the flushing arm 1, while simultaneously opening the drain valve 11. The pressure differential within the filter element (system pressure vs. atmospheric pressure) causes the water flowing through the filter element to reverse direction, flushing out organic and inorganic particles trapped in the filter element. When the outlet pressure of the filter falls below 2 kg or contains stubborn impurities, an external auxiliary medium interface can be installed at the top of the filter. Backwashing is triggered either by the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the filter (pressure difference monitoring device 9) or by a customizable time interval.
