ZSJ Precision Filter

The Zhuo Nuo ZSJ Precision (Security) Filter Series is made of high-quality stainless steel shell, and the Filter Element is made of formed filter material (polypropylene fiber melt blown or wire wound honeycomb). Under pressure, the original liquid passes through the filter material, and the filter residue remains on the filter material. The filtrate flows out through the filter material, effectively removing impurities, precipitates, suspended solids, and bacteria in water, thereby achieving the purpose of filtration.

Product Overview

Precision filters play a crucial role in water treatment systems, ensuring the quality of water before it enters critical processes or after it has been treated. These filters are generally installed in front of pressure vessels to remove small particles with a turbidity of 1 degree or higher, in order to meet the requirements of subsequent processes for inlet water. Sometimes, they are also set at the end of the entire water treatment system to prevent small particles from entering the finished water.

The Precision Filter with Carbon Stainless is a specialized version that incorporates activated carbon, which enhances its ability to remove not only particulate matter but also organic compounds and chlorine, improving the taste and odor of the water. The Super Duplex Precision Filter is constructed with a super duplex stainless steel, offering exceptional strength and corrosion resistance. This high-performance filter is designed for the most demanding applications where both high pressure and corrosive conditions are present.

They are mainly used after multimedia pretreatment filtration and before membrane filtration equipment such as reverse osmosis and ultrafiltration. Used to filter out small substances (such as fine quartz sand, activated carbon particles, etc.) that have been filtered through multiple media, these filters ensure water quality filtration accuracy and protect membrane filtration components from damage caused by large particles.

ZSJ-J01 Welding Single Core Precision Filter

The Zhuo Nuo ZSJ-J01 series precision filter can be equipped with a microporous filter element (length can be selected from 5 to 40 inches) in different specifications, and can achieve different flow rates according to different materials, pore sizes, and lengths. The design of sanitary grade structures can be applied to special industries such as pharmaceuticals, food and beverage.

The connection form of the filter element of the filter is generally 226 or threaded.

The pressure gauge can be equipped with either a regular pressure gauge or a diaphragm pressure gauge. Each unit undergoes strict pressure testing and inspection before leaving the factory.
