The Zerru ZSJ Precision (Security) Filter Series features a shell made of high-quality stainless steel, while the Filter Element utilizes molded filter material (polypropylene fiber melt-blown or wire-wound honeycomb). Under pressure, the raw liquid passes through the filter material, leaving impurities and residues on the filter material, allowing the filtrate to flow out. This process effectively removes impurities, sediments, suspended matter, and bacteria from the water, achieving the desired filtration purpose.

The Super Duplex Precision filter is a high-performance filtration solution. Housed in a cartridge filter housing, specifically a stainless steel cartridge housing, it is renowned for its durability and corrosion resistance. This system can be expanded into a multi-cartridge filter housing for larger-scale filtration needs, offering efficient and reliable contaminant removal.

Product Overview

Precision filters are typically installed before pressure vessels to remove fine particles with a turbidity greater than 1 degree, meeting the requirements of subsequent processes for inlet water. Occasionally, they are also placed at the end of the entire water treatment system to prevent fine particles from entering the finished water. Precision filters are mostly constructed with a stainless steel outer shell, housing filter elements (such as PP cotton) inside. They are primarily used after multi-media pre-treatment filtration and before membrane filtration equipment like reverse osmosis and ultrafiltration. These filters are designed to remove fine substances (such as tiny quartz sand and activated carbon particles) following multi-media filtration, ensuring water filtration accuracy and protecting membrane filtration elements from damage caused by large particles. Precision filter elements are installed in precision filtration devices, where different filtration accuracies are chosen based on various scenarios to guarantee the accuracy of water output and the safety of subsequent membrane elements.
