The ZRB Basket Filter is a small device for removing a small amount of solid particles from liquids. It is mainly composed of a pipe, a main cylinder, a flange, a flange cover, a filter basket and fasteners. When the fluid enters the filter basket with a certain specification, its impurities are blocked, and the clean fluid passes through the filter basket and is discharged from the filter outlet. When cleaning is required, close the inlet and outlet valves of the equipment, unscrew the drain port at the bottom of the equipment, drain the residual liquid inside the cylinder, remove the fasteners of the flange cover of the equipment, take out the filter basket, and reinstall it after cleaning.

■ Various forms, according to appearance and performance, can be divided into: straight-through flat bottom basket filter, high and low pipe flat bottom basket filter, high and low pipe arc bottom, basket filter double filter basket filter, jacket insulation basket filter.
