Zhuo Nuo ZSJ-J01 Series Precision Filter

The Zhuo Nuo ZSJ-J01 series precision filter, which can be classified as a welding single core precision filter, can be equipped with a microporous filter element (length can be selected from 5 to 40 inches) in different specifications, and can achieve different flow rates according to different materials, pore sizes, and lengths. The design of sanitary grade structures, such as the 316L Cartridge Filter Housing, can be applied to special industries such as pharmaceuticals, food and beverage.

The connection form of the filter element of the filter, which is also applicable to Gas Cartridge Filter Housing and Single Cartridge Filter Housing, is generally 226 or threaded. This ensures compatibility and ease of installation across various applications. The pressure gauge can be equipped with either a regular pressure gauge or a diaphragm pressure gauge, providing flexibility in monitoring the filtration process. Each unit undergoes strict pressure testing and inspection before leaving the factory, ensuring reliability and performance in demanding environments.
