The ZSX-X02 series Automatic Cleaning Filter has higher filtration accuracy and minimal cleaning loss, providing the safest guarantee for industrial systems.

Operational principle
When the pressure difference inside and outside the filter reaches the preset value or the timed cleaning switch reaches the set time, the system begins the self-cleaning process.
The entire cleaning process is completed by a suction scanner, which performs a spiral scanning motion to remove impurities from the inner surface of the filter and discharge them through a drain valve. The scanner is driven by a bidirectional electric motor through a screw.
The opening of the sewage valve is controlled by a two position three-way solenoid valve, and the entire sewage process lasts for about 30 seconds without interruption of the system flow.

It is the lowest discharge water consumption rate among all self-cleaning modes (this ratio may be adjusted according to specific application situations).
